Bath Radio Interview

I'm delighted to have been invited to talk on Bath Radio in November. The wonderful DJ and coach Clare Harris from the company Fortem Coaching has a great afternoon show on a Monday.

She asked me to talk about anger management. It's a fascinating topic, with many different aspects which I've studied over the last few years to support clients who struggle with a very common emotion - frustration!

I too have been on a journey of self-improvement regarding anger and can speak from experience that it is possible to change the way that you think and feel and conquer what can seem like an insurmountable issue.
