Many workplace problems are not caused by a lack of technical skill. They arise because people avoid speaking up, struggle to manage emotions under pressure, send emails instead of having conversations, make assumptions about one another or allow concerns to remain unresolved.
The result can be frustration, silo working, poor communication, damaged relationships, reduced trust and unnecessary conflict.
The Empowerment Programme is a practical workplace development pathway designed to help organisations build confidence, professionalism and accountability whilst reducing unnecessary conflict and escalation. Drawing upon coaching psychology, workplace mediation and organisational psychology, the programme develops the foundations that enable people to communicate clearly, manage challenging situations effectively and work together more productively.
Participants learn how to understand and manage emotions, speak up confidently, prepare for and conduct clear conversations, resolve issues constructively and support others in doing the same. The programme progresses from personal awareness and self-management through to advanced workplace mediation, informal conflict resolution and the development of internal Empowerment Ambassadors.
