neurodiversity coaching
As a neurodiversity coach, I specialise in helping clients to thrive in professional contexts. My approach is rooted in the belief that neurodivergent traits are not deficits but unique strengths that, with the right strategies, can be leveraged for growth and success. I work collaboratively with each client to explore tools, perspectives, and habits that align with their goals and individual ways of thinking.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Each individual brings a distinct set of challenges and talents, and I tailor my coaching to honour that. Whether it's building communication skills, or creating routines that stick, I focus on actionable, compassionate support.

What sets my coaching apart is a deep respect for neurodivergent identity. I don’t try to “fix” clients—I work with them to understand themselves more deeply, develop self-advocacy, and design environments that support their strengths. My sessions are grounded in curiosity, flexibility, and a belief in each client’s capacity to grow on their own terms.

Clients often come to me seeking clarity, confidence, and practical tools to move forward—and that’s exactly what I aim to provide. Whether someone is newly diagnosed, navigating career transitions, or just looking for strategies to feel more grounded and effective, I meet them where they are.

Coaching in the neurodivergent space is not just a professional path for me—it’s a personal passion. I’m continually learning from my clients and from the evolving field of neurodiversity, and I bring that insight into every session. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to take the next steps in their journey.
