I'm a Coaching Psychologist, Workplace Mediator and Author, working with leaders, professionals and organisations on communication, conflict, emotional intelligence and workplace relationships.

My work focuses on helping people handle complex situations, high-pressure environments and difficult conversations with greater clarity, confidence and effectiveness.

My coaching includes executive coaching, leadership coaching, interview coaching and conflict coaching, tailored to the individual and their context.

I have delivered over 100 NEO PI-3 psychometric feedback sessions, alongside work using MBTI (Steps 1 & 2) and EQ-i. I also have experience working with clients who have a neurodiversity.

Workplace Mediation
​
I specialise in mediating workplace conflict between senior professionals, including VSM-level disputes.
​
My approach is structured and outcome-focused, with particular emphasis on:

creating a practical Working Plan, not just improving rapport
Mediations are available online and face-to-face, and I also offer hypnotherapy for clients experiencing anxiety prior to mediation and 1-1 coaching support for those who require support in how to clearly express themselves, where appropriate.
