Introduction: Foundations of Personal Empowerment: Finding your Voice without Conflict

For all employees.

Interactive presentation

Length - 1 hour 15 minutes

This session requires no previous learning.

LEVEL

Intermediate: Empowerment Resolution Masterclass: Practical Communication Skills for Courage and Calm

For all employees.

In-person

Training event with up to two trainers

Either two sessions of 3 hours or one session of 7 hours

This is an intermediate level training event and requires completion of level 1 training.

LEVEL

Advanced: Embedding Empowerment in Practice: Helping others speak and be heard

For employees interested in coaching and mediation approaches to embed a culture of empowered behaviour.

In-person

Training event with up to two trainers

Either two sessions of 3 hours or one session of 7 hours

This is an advanced level training event and requires completion of level 1 and 2 training.

PRACTITIONER

Introduction: Supporting Clients with Self-Empowerment using Coaching Psychology

This session is for coaches as part of their CPD.

Interactive session

One hour session with 15 minutes of Q&A

This is an introductory level training event and requires no prior learning.
