For employees wishing to deeper dive into how to manage tricky negative emotions in the workplace.

Training event with up to two trainers
Either two sessions of 3 hours or one session of 7 hours
This is an intermediate level training event to support staff with managing negative emotions in the Workplace and requires completion of Level 1 training.
